Cleveland Electric Illuminating Avon Juniper Transmission Line
Supervised the Avon Juniper transmission line construction along twelve miles of the Ohio Turnpike. Installation of caissons for transmission towers.
East Ninth Street Bridge
Removal of structure crossing over Amtrak tracks, constructing new bridge, and installing piles at new pile caps. Tightly coordinated work around active railroad tracks.
LTV Steel Continuous Caster
Nine-month project driving 1.5 million feet of 14-inch pipe pile. Completed ahead of schedule with three simultaneous driving operations.
Westerly Wastewater Treatment Plant
Supervised auger-cast piling, tunnel operations, and mechanical installation. More than 2,500 piles at 120ft length. Critical sheet-pile wall along Lake Erie.
Virginia DOT Route 29 Sound Wall
Installing sound wall drilled shaft foundations in soil and rock socket. 148 shafts for wall support.
DC Water and Sewer Authority Project
Drilled and installed 32 12" auger cast piles, including micropile test piles and static load tests through varying soil conditions.
Baltimore County Double Rock Bridge
Drilled 30" diameter caisson with steel pile for municipal bridge foundation in rock.
Clearwater Lake Dam Seepage Control
Major seepage control project expanded from $17M to $80M. Comprehensive dam rehabilitation and seepage mitigation.
Center Hill Dam Seepage Project
Major USACE seepage control project valued at over $100M for comprehensive dam rehabilitation.
Waller Creek Tunnel Outlet Structure
Installed concrete diaphragm walls at Waller Creek Tunnel for outlet structure.
Rough River Dam Rehabilitation
USACE project valued from $7.5M to $15M for comprehensive dam seepage control and rehabilitation.
Easterly Wastewater Treatment Plant
Supervised civil and mechanical crews of 60 workers. Constructed 500ft breakwater wall on Lake Erie shore to protect plant from storms.
Lake View Dam
Construction of large concrete dam, 400ft long by 100ft tall. Performed as general contractor managing excavation, gunite, and concrete operations.
Lorain Pellet Terminal
Dredging of the Black River from barges with heavy equipment. Marine operations and working from barges on the water.
Bedford Heights Wastewater Treatment Plant
Large plant expansion project. Supervised shoring operations, excavation, concrete placement, mechanical installation and plant startup.
Willoughby Wastewater Treatment Plant
Improvements to existing plant including excavation, pipe placement, sheeting and shoring. General contractor managing crew of 60.
Elyria Wastewater Treatment Plant
Major expansion to existing plant. Managed construction of multiple buildings, mechanical equipment installation, and plant startup with crew of 150.
Crowders Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant
Built new plant including clearing 26 acres, excavating 250,000+ cubic yards, constructing 15 buildings, roadways, and utilities.
Asheville Wastewater Treatment Plant
Large incinerator project to burn sludge and generate electricity. Built around existing operational facility with 120 change orders negotiated.
Lake Norman Water Intake Structure
Constructed 52ft x 52ft cofferdam in lake 350ft from land in 40ft deep water. Installed large-diameter pipe and excavated for over one mile.
